Ordering from Vinyl Republic
Vinyl Republic offers ready-made decal designs and custom adhesive vinyl prints delivered to Canada and the United States. Submit accurate contact and shipping information and artwork that you have permission to reproduce.
Prices and payment
Canadian delivery orders use CAD; U.S. delivery orders use USD. Displayed print prices exclude shipping and any applicable tax. The final amount appears at secure checkout before payment. Prices and availability are validated when an order is placed.
Stripe processes payments. A payment confirmation does not mean production has started: custom orders proceed through printer review and proof approval first. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will stop it and initiate a refund.
Your approval
Review your proof carefully before approving it. Production starts only after your approval and the printer's acceptance. Our artwork and proofing policy explains file requirements and the review process.
Timing, cancellation and order issues
Allow up to two weeks for production after proof approval, with transit time additional. You may cancel before production starts. Our shipping policy and cancellation and refund policy explain the details.
Using the website
Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access another customer's artwork or order, or use the service to reproduce material without permission. We may decline files or orders we cannot lawfully or safely produce.
Contact and changes
For help with an order, reply to your order email and include your order details. Changes to these terms will be posted here. The terms shown when you order apply to that order, subject to rights provided by applicable law.
