Information used for your order
We collect your email address, order selections, artwork, proof decisions, printer notes, shipping address and payment status to process and fulfil your order, provide support and keep transaction records.
Payment and service providers
Stripe collects your payment details in its secure checkout. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Cloudflare delivers the storefront and protects its requests. Our email provider sends order, proof and shipping notifications. The printer fulfilling your order can access the artwork, specifications and delivery details needed to print and ship it.
Artwork and order links
Originals and proofs are stored privately. Uploads are checked for malware before use. Access is limited to authorized staff and the private access links/tokens used for your order. Keep your order link private; it allows its holder to view proofs and manage the order.
Retention
Unordered uploads expire after seven days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Artwork and proofs associated with orders remain available for fulfilment and support. Transaction records and protected backups are retained for operational and legal needs. To ask about access, correction or deletion, reply to your order email. Some records may need to be retained after a deletion request.
Your browser
The site saves your market preference locally. It uses session storage to preserve upload access and prevent duplicate checkout or generation requests when you retry in the same tab. These are functional settings, not an advertising profile. Clearing browser storage can remove access to an upload that is not yet linked to an order.
Optional AI generation
AI generation is currently unavailable. If enabled later, a prompt you deliberately submit will be sent to the configured AI provider to create an image. Do not include confidential information or personal details in a prompt. Generated files go through the same private artwork workflow.
Security and questions
